We had been excited to have a fire out back, but everything was so overgrown, and there's no light on the side of the house, so we didn't feel comfortable out there at night. There were a bunch of smaller issues here and there after that — nothing major, however the amount of issues there were ended up cutting into some of my days and plans, which was frustrating, and also the reason I chose this property that was pricier than others that I was looking at was to avoid these stuff like this entirely. Matthew was kind and willing to help, and graciously gave me some money back. I genuinely believe that he will remedy the issues before the next guest. As far as the property goes, there’s a lovely view of the red rock from the living room, it’s a 10-15min walk or 3-4 minute drive to wherever you need to go in town, which is great. Comfortable beds and a nice backyard. The best part of the house is the kitchen — it’s super well-equipped and has a ton of counter space which made it a pleasure to cook in. The bathroom isn’t as nice as the rest of the house — it’s a bit worn, but it’s fine. It is a comfortable home, and once all the things are fixed, I would recommend it. ##### Dani G.
