Summary: Whether you're visiting southern Utah for the first time or are a returning guest, you will find our 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome the perfect spot for your group, accommodating up to 6 people. Located close to downtown Kanab's shops & restaurants, within walking distance to multiple hiking trails, and within close proximity to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon & the Grand Canyon, our space offers convenience and comfort. Unwind with a soak in the community hot tub, or a refreshing dip in the pool! The Space: Our townhome is fully stocked with bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) kitchen essentials and laundry products! Wild Rose Country offers 3 bedrooms upstairs. The spacious master bedroom has a queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom with a garden tub and shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and there are two twin beds in the third guest bedroom. There are night stands, luggage racks and large closets to store all your things. If you're working, schooling or entertaining, our ultra-fast fiber optic connected 1GB wifi will keep everyone connected without slowdowns or interruptions. We are centrally located to so many things you'll want to see and experience during your vacation. We are just 35 minutes to the east entrance of Zion National Park and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. Bryce Canyon National Park is about 90 minutes to the north along scenic highways and about the same distance to the south to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Whether you are here to visit southern Utah's world-famous national parks, monuments and state parks or volunteering at Best Friends Animal Society, our nation's no-kill largest animal sanctuary, Wild Rose Country is a perfect basecamp for all your adventures. There are several hiking trails you can get to right from our townhome which will take you up to the cliffs overlooking Kanab and into the canyons. Parking is free and you will have 1 dedicated covered parking spot as several other, uncovered spots directly in front of our unit. Guest Access: You will have full access to the townhome and the HOA facilities including the gym, seasonal hot tub, and pool. The pool and hot tub opens for Spring Break (typically the last week of March) and closes on October 1\. Spring Break is an estimate because weather must be over 70 degrees for 3 consecutive days before the pool can open. Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it! :) If you lose the pool key it is a $250 fee to replace it. Vehicles must be parked in lined spaces and within those lines. Several complaints have been received that vehicles are occupying two or more stalls, parking is occurring in undesignated areas (areas that are not lined for parkign stalls) etc. We ask that guests park in the designated spaces properly to allow parking for everyone. The Neighborhood: Note: If you GPS system does not take you to the correct address please search "El Pueblo Townhomes" in Kanab, UT. Getting Around: Here in southern Utah, a vehicle is definitely needed to visit all the local attractions and depending upon your plans, a 4WD may be required. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. The house was a 5min drive away to all shops and Kanab town centre. It had everything we needed, the interior and appliances were dated though but functional. The drain of the upstairs shower was blocked and the outdoor area couldn’t be used as the table was missing the glass top, which was unfortunate. The property manager was prompt in reply and informed us the owner has ordered the table top and is awaiting delivery. She also came the next morning and put drain free in the shower which showed some effect. The home was listed for sale at the time of our stay. ##### Oliver B.
