There's a walk-out patio with a larger yard than most units in the Crimson Cliffs development. Outdoor dining furniture is provided if you feel like grilling dinner and enjoying the peaceful summer evenings and take in the views. Don't feel like cooking? You're within easy walking or driving distance to terrific local restaurants. Come back and unwind around the fire pit in the fully fenced backyard and linger under the stars in style. This condo is an end unit which provides more privacy and a larger floor plan. The main living area is equipped with a large Smart TV for internet-based entertainment (movies, live streaming, etc.). You'll find the high-speed internet means super fast streaming throughout the home. There's even an attached two-car garage available for your use for private, secure parking. Getting Around: This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. We had such a great time relaxing after long days hiking in near by national parks. The home was exactly as pictured, clean and comfy. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space. Made use of the outdoor grill, hot tub and fire pit. The host even quickly replaced propane at a moments notice. If ever in this area again, for sure pick here to stay!! ##### jenifer o. The location was perfectly situated near the center of town and we were able to do hikes near kanab, Bryce, and Zion. (Side note Buckskin Gulch and Edmaier’s Secret is a fabulous hike!). Things that were amazing about the house: 1\. Private hot tub in the back! Note that it takes a while (Hours) to heat up to hot tub temp. 2\. The mattresses are ridiculously comfy memory foam 3\. Everything was so clean! 4\. Kitchen was well equipped (including blender and food processor) and they even had Tupperware so we could put our sandwiches in small containers for hikes. 5\. Host was super responsive with any questions we had. Didn’t make the lottery for The Wave hike so I will definitely be booking again!!! ##### Tarrah B.
