It's located in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from the well-equipped kitchen to books, games, DVDs, and more. There are three seating areas in the backyard. We recommend using them just to hear the birds singing and to watch the moon rise over the cliffs. While the weather did not cooperate for all of the outdoor adventures we had planned, we were really comfortable in the house. The layout of the home was so comfortable, and it was organized and furnished with lots of little extras to make our stay relaxing. The owner was always helpful and quick to reply to our questions. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool was refreshing, and the setting was perfectly surrounded by mountains. Kanab is an inviting little town with lots of good restaurants, and it was centrally located from several of the national parks. The house is spotless and has everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed the spectacular views while sitting on the back patio! Each of the 3 bedrooms have a large TV, which makes it perfect for 3 couples. The house had everything we needed to have a stress free stay. We bought groceries, unpacked and had the time of our lives. From the Grand Canyon to Mt. Zion was just beautiful. Swimming was great, home was comfortable with amazing beds, linens, and a very clean home. Views from the porch, access to Tom’s trail and a safe and peaceful neighborhood.
