The view from the balcony is NOT as shown in the listing photo. There is a tree that substantially blocks the unit’s view of the ocean. Regrettably the view was among the chief reasons we rented the unit. 2\. There were sporadic ants in the kitchen even though we were careful to remove foods from counters. There was a swarm of ants that was attacking a plate in the dishwasher. 3\. The dishwasher does not do a good job of cleaning. Lots of food stick to glasses and bowls. Needed to hand wash. 4\. There are several large unsightly stains on the carpet in the primary bedroom. A couple of seat cushions are also stained. 5\. The dinning table wobbles (from inadequate repair) and is missing a significant chunk on the side. 6\. The glassware, plates, silverware and pots/pans are of inferior quality and not to the level of unit otherwise. 7\. The kitchen is deficient in staples. It was far from fully stocked. 8\. The unit should have beach chairs and umbrella in the unit. 9\. We informed the owner (through the rental company) and the owner never responded. ##### Scott Z.
