Walk to coffee shop and groceries. Beautiful lava tube parkland adjacent to the villas. The kitchen at I-1 was the best equipped kitchen of any vacation rental I've stayed in. The community, however, was not family friendly as one of the neighbors was very rude about constantly “policing” noise, kids playing too loud in the pool, and things on the lani or balcony, so much so that we felt like we were being watched all the time which is an unpleasant feeling. The carpet in this place is getting pretty worn and nothing has really been updated inside. I also noticed some white towels and bed sheets that were stained. Those should be thrown out as it’s pretty gross to pull out a fresh towel with stains. Lastly. the dryer didn’t work very well and seemed to take forever to properly dry clothes and towels. Not sure we’ll come back to this particular complex but overall we had a great time. ##### Kristine P.
