The strength of an organization is dealing with "opportunities". We had several during checking in, however, the Kona Vacation Rentals team excelled at resolving all issues. Now to the fun stuff: Walking in the front door with Hawaiian music in the background was a great start. The villa was spotless (not even any ants!) The "open" living concept on the main level matched our life style perfectly. Plus loved all the kitchen gadgets, especially the plastic ware for outdoor living. The upstairs seating area was great for a quick peek at TV prior to retiring. The outdoor space was perfect...lots of plants and excellent views. Additionally easy walk to pool and trash.
