This new 3-bedroom, 3.25-bathroom Villa at the Wai’ula’ula Complex is waiting to welcome you with the Spirit of Aloha. Once you enter the gated community and park your car at the Villa, you will enter a world of elegance and tranquility and this unit has more privacy than most. STVR Registration number STRV-19-347852 Upon entering your vacation paradise, you will notice the large glass sliding doors, these doors will disappear into the wall and invite the outdoor and indoor living spaces to become one. There are separate spots on the lanai to enjoy your morning coffee, grab some sun in comfortable chaise lounges by your private pool/spa, or sit in the main lanai area on comfortable love seat and chairs to watch the ever-revolving beauty in the nature that surrounds you. The panoramic ocean view is directly to the West of the lanai, cloud-shrouded Hualalai Volcano to the South, Kawaihae harbor and a glimpse of Maui to the North, and the lovely city of Waimea and the green hills of the Kohala Mountains to the East. The view is guaranteed to change constantly! The lanai also contains your private plunge pool and spa. This is an ideal spot to sit and enjoy the sunsets and sunrises as well as take a quick dip to cool off or a relaxing soak after a day in the sun! Two primary suites on separate ends of the home grant the ultimate in privacy, including walk-through outdoor showers, yet, the communal rooms will bring your family & friends together. The two suites each contain a California king-sized bed and large, dual vanity sink bathrooms. The third guest room boasts two queen sized beds and all bedrooms have their own walk-in closets and private bathrooms. There is also a powder room for your use. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and Sonos sound system for your viewing & listening pleasure. There is also a large flat-screen smart TV in the living room with the Sonos sound bar as well. The great room contains a wet bar and a large kitchen island with bar stool seating and a formal dining room area and a more informal dining setting on the lanai. The gourmet kitchen is well- stocked and ready for your dining pleasure or a quick meal on the run as you head out the door for an adventure. The appliances are Wolf and Sub-Zero and include a wine refrigerator and an outdoor refrigerator to maximize your enjoyment, no matter what part of the house you are in! Every imaginable accessory and gadget has been included. The lanai also boasts a Wolf six-burner grill, including rotisserie, There is a fresh fish market in the Kawaihae harbor area, an approximate 10 minute drive, so you can grill the best locally caught fish in this luxurious setting. There are three air conditioning zones to allow personalized comfort. TA/C should stay at 74 degrees or above. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, of course. Wai'ula'ula is a secure, gated community located within the Mauna Kea Resort property. You can also take advantage of the amenity center and use their large, salt water infinity-edged pool and hot tub, separate kid pool, cooking center, indoor kitchen, reading, game and television areas, and finally a fitness center and changing rooms. The Mauna Kea Resort VIP Amenity Package is available to our guests for a flat rate of $195.00 per day for the Villa \*.This package will grant access to both the pools and beaches at the Mauna Kea and Westin Hapuna Beach Resorts. This options also includes 36 holes of championship golf and a tennis center at a discounted rate, workout facilities, and two of the top-rated white sand beaches on the Kohala Coast, including chaise lounge chairs, umbrella and towel service and preferred parking. We loved the well-stocked large kitchen, the ample space (3 bedrooms with ensuites) and the outdoor showers. The kids (4 and 6) loved the heated pool and hot tub. The location is quiet and peaceful and we loved having supper while watching the sunset in the spacious lanai. We would love to return. We have stayed at other Wai Ula Ula villas over the years, and we keep wanting to come back to Michelle's specifically! She and her house managers are quick communicators and make the whole process from booking, through the vacation, to the inevitable sad departure super easy! The house is beautifully decorated, very clean, and well-stocked. The set up is fabulous for our family. We love the beautiful surroundings, and we always enjoy the high end amenities of this spectacular villa and the Mauna Kea resort. We will definitely be back! Fabulous beaches. Great escape. The villa is terrific. Lovely furniture, clean, well-maintained, well stocked with plates, glasses, pots/pans etc. for cooking. We have stayed in several WUU villas over the years and this one is particularly nice (and because of that we are returning guests of Michelle's). Michelle is excellent to communicate with before booking and even with questions after booking. She sends you all the info you need in advance and makes arrival smooth and easy. And her on-site manager, Eric, is also terrific and was super quick to respond to the handful of questions we had while at the house. The beaches at Mauna Kea are fantastic, tennis and golf terrific too. We will be back for sure!
