There is a fabulous view of the Mauna Kea mountain, which sometimes during winter displays a beautiful snow capped top. My wife and I walked about 5 miles each morning in the Waikoloa resort - great if you like to walk, jog, run or bike. Located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. The house has a nice layout and most everything you need. The best part is that each morning I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee on the lanai and watch the sun come up over Mauna Kea....fabulous. Alan was great to work with and went above and beyond to get us a cradle when our 4 month old granddaughter joined us. Comfortable beds and outdoor furniture. Since the bedrooms are located at opposite sides of the house, we all had our privacy. The gas grill worked great. The house was very clean and there were spices, coffee creamer, coffee, and condiments. Great location for visiting the beaches North of the airport.
