"This is a lovely hotel. With great a staff. It is away from the city but close enough by Grab for that part of Penang to be accessible. The breakfast was great and varied. The gym was excellent."

"A beautiful hotel which is immaculately maintained. The gardens are right on the coast, but there is no beach access directly from the hotel. We stayed in the Rasa wing which included free soft drinks by the pool, daily afternoon tea and cocktails and canapés each evening. There were several dining options within the hotel, with many other choices available just a short walk away. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. We would thoroughly recommend for a relaxing stay."

"This hotel is well run and well managed, service was professional and friendly. Forgot passport in the safe and manager of the hotel handled it with speed and diligence to safely deliver the passport to the airpot so I could make the flight. what more needs to be said."

"The rooms and lifts need a complete refresh and deep clean. Paint was peeling off walls and the bathroom in particular was quite dirty. No toothbrush/toothpaste/handsoap/tote bag. 3 lifts servicing 42 floors meant the wait time was long. The shampoo and conditioner were in old water bottles. The furniture however was comfortable and amazing view."

"The room was spacious and clean with a lovely shower and separate toilet and bath. the room was serviced each day and bottled water and towels provided. Tea and coffee making facilities supplied. The breakfast Buffet was well presented with a nice variety of food. The staff were very courteous and attentive. The pool staff were excellent along with the food service poolside staff. We have been holidaying many times at the Bayview Beach Resort and never been disappointed with our choice of venue. congratulations to all the lovely staff who made our holiday such a lovely experience. "Hotel needs to get more new bath towels and provide wash cloth and hand towels. Also had to ask for shampoo and body wash gel. Towels are very very old. Shower does not work properly. Room gets very hot, ac only works when in room with room key, should have better system. Location was great but won’t stay here again"
