"This hotel is very nice and has a studio"esque" about the rooms, every component of the hotel is extremely clean and very new. The reception staff have poor English but are very helpful. The hotel pool is based within the courtyard of rooms and is too very nice. A couple of downers about this hotel is the smell when you turn the shower and other taps on, it's as if the hotel isn't quite properly finished, the stench of the sewers is horrific. The breakfast is basic and Indonesian but I guess...

"Do not book here. Room had peeling paint and water damage everywhere, missing lights, dirty bathroom, bed linens had holes everywhere. Nightmare place to stay Still haven't received a refund from the rest of my stay"

"The staff are very friendly. There's cheap laundry service and they help you rent a scooter for a good price. There's a nice gym on the second floor. The rooms are not very modern and clean and are a bit dark. The neighborhood isn't the best as it's in Denpasar so expect a lot of traffic and local businesses nearby. "

"I stayed at Jerami Villa & Spa for my very first trip to Bali with my two friends and honestly, we couldn’t have picked a better place. From the second we arrived, we felt so comfortable and genuinely looked after the entire time. All of the staff were so, so lovely and accommodating. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, helpful and just made everything easy for us. They really go above and beyond, which made such a difference, especially since it was our first time visiting Bali. The villas felt so luxurious and private, it honestly felt like we were staying somewhere really high-end. The atmosphere was amazing, super relaxing and peaceful, but still in a great area. It was the perfect mix of feeling like you’re in a little luxury escape while still being close to everything. The food was also really good, and the menu had such a big variety. There were so many different cuisines to choose from, so we were never stuck for options. Location wise, it’s perfect. It’s close to heaps of restaurants and bars, near shopping strips, and right next to a 24-hour Circle K which was actually so convenient. Everything we needed was basically on our doorstep. I genuinely wouldn’t recommend anywhere else, especially if you’re coming to Bali for the first time or just want a nice, relaxing holiday. We felt so spoiled the whole trip. I would 100% come back to Bali and stay here again. Everything about this place was a 10/10\. Can’t wait to return!"
