« The room was spotless and well appointed. There is a local hawker centre about 400 meters away which we walked to for dinner. The bus stops were very handy and only 2MR to George Town. Zeus coffee was 5 mins across the road which my coffee enthusiastic enjoyed for price and quality. »

« This hotel has many serious issues. The room and common areas had an unpleasant smell. The bath towels, pillows, and bedsheets were dirty and did not appear properly cleaned. Carpet is bad and dirty. The mattresses were worn out and extremely thin, with the springs almost coming through, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on. The three elevators are insufficient for the number of guests. Around 1 pm in the afternoon, it took between 45 minutes and one hour just to get into an...

« Le séjour sympathique - un personnel à votre service mais malheureusement je garde de ce séjour un sentiment amer, de dégoût - suite un un bug de l’application lors de ma réservation - j’ai du faire 2 fois une réservation pour 2 nuits la première ayant échouée, au final la réservation ayant échouée est confirmee 1 mn après que je valide le second, je l’annule immédiatement mais ma carte est débitée .. Bref je contacte Hôtel.com qui me demande de me mette en relation sur place avec l’hôtel....
