Comfortable bed. Bed and pillow were super comfortable. There was a loud mechanical noise outside our window for hours during the night - very annoying. Staff are fantastic. Very friendly, polite and efficient. They really try to meet your needs. No mini fridge so no cold drinks. No coffee in room - only 1 teabag and 1 cup for 2 people. Universal power sockets which is fantastic. Parking is so full with non-residents cars that they ask you to leave your keys. I refused and they accommodated me but it took about 30 minutes of stuffing around before I could park and leave. Overall, it’s 3 star accommodation in a central business location. Joseph on reception was excellent. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good with a wide range. The restaurant / bar was busy and had a nice atmosphere. It’s popular with the locals too. There were several small graduation parties whilst I was there. Great for people watching. The hotel felt very safe. Probably best not to wander out after dark if you don’t know the area. It shares a building with a small shopping mall. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning could be more powerful (effectiveness is weakened because windows seemed permanently open). Rooms are clean and cozy - breakfast is amazing.
