Dear MelissaUpon reading your review, it is obvious on this particular occasion we did not uphold the usual standard for which we are known and wish to offer a sincere apology for the shortfalls you encountered during your stay with us. The pool has been closed 2 hours earlier due to a maintenance issue. The issue is the quality of the water. Unfortunately, we had a lot of uncooperative guests who overcrowded hot tubs, spilled drinks in the water and on the pool deck, and drank in the pool area. Braking of rules results in chemical imbalance, which is a health hazard.This is certainly not the image we wish to portray and I would like to apologize for the level of service you received.
