The office staff was good. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a problem with noise. Sounded like they were doing renovations above us. Went on till 11:00 and started again at 6:30 in the morning. We were only staying one night so we didn’t ask to change rooms. Disappointed that they didn’t put us at the opposite end of the building.

It was easily accessible from a main street. The coffee provided in the room was very good. The staff at the front desk were friendly and approachable. I found some hair on the shower wall that did not belong to us. The noise from the upstairs unit was quite loud. I believe this was more a problem with the age of the building.

This property is very old, and needs a refresh. Room was clean (as long as you don’t move anything). But tiles in bathroom areas broken etc. the area felt unsafe, wouldn’t want to walk around at night. The only reason for staying here is that it is close to the hospital, and it is cheap.

Easy to find, simple booking in, spotlessly clean, fittings are dated but perfectly serviceable. Great for a stopover en-route. Continental breakfast included was really good and hassle free. Definitely use this again.

I just need to say , the fact you call me 2 hours into my stay to say I am to loud even though it was just me in the room , considering the noise around me. I wont stay again. That was ridiculous.

First room smelled like someone had been smoking in it, but the front desk mentioned that nobody has stayed in that room for a week. We were given another room which hadn’t been properly cleaned. The woman at the front desk was understanding. Still waiting on my refund.

heating did not work and we were freezing the whole night, the room also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before we got there…they just tried to make it look nice without actually cleaning. heard random yelling in the middle of the night and we didn’t end up getting any sleep because we were very uncomfortable staying there.

Place is located in a bum filled Neighbor! They checked is in and put us in a room right by people doing drugs all night my son and I couldn't sleep at all. Not a good place to stay that's why the price was cheap.

Do i start with doors that won't lock or tubs without stoppers or having to switch rooms ( with no offer of assistance, my husband is 81 and I'm 77.) ? No, maybe the fact that there was extremely poor reception for the wifi.,, threadbare drapes, torn sheets and a outlet plate with six plugs? The coffee maker wasn't working untill i called the front desk to complain. It was moved to another accessible location. The bathtub had two very badly repaired spots and an attempt had been made to repair what looked like a burn mark on the toilet seat. A haphazard paint job didn’t hide the disrepair in the bathroom either. I took picture to prove each of thes statements and will gladly share them with Wyndham. Now that I've expressed my feelings i should add that the one young womzn on the desk did try to address some of these concerns. And the continental breakfast was better than some other places I've stayed
