I arrived early from the airport and the front desk staff made some changes that allowed me to check into a room early. I really appreciated their eff,rots which went above and beyond!!!

Our second floor room had a view of the road with grass directly outside the window (it was straight out to the road). This felt very strange. We arrived later than usual (about 10pm) but didn't feel very welcome. It was a clean room and property. Not sure if I'd stay again.

Advertised with pictures of two bedroom suites. Only one bedroom suite. Second queen is in the kitchen. Unfortunately they did not explain this to us and we found out the hard way.

The girl at the front desk was kind and helpful. There was a mix up with our room and she fixed the problem on her end quickly. Very happy with the service. The only thing I did not like was having to park on the road behind the hotel because the parking lot was very small and tight for a full night at the hotel.

We had a great experience, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the Katch restaurant breakfast was superb.

Pillows must be new, which is wonderful. Very over stuffed. My husband and i are average size and it was just too much pillow. Also fan of firnace very loud. Clean and comfortable otherwise.

Room was never cleaned, rude front staff, was told couldn’t check in because the rooms wasn’t ready but I never gave my name or reservation number, music blasted at 6 am. Wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel itself is very nice. Friendly staff and good location. They failed to mention a kids hockey tournament was going on and that there would be kids playing hockey in the halls all day, yes in the halls . Had to dodge hockey pucks and kids running around with sticks to get to my room. When i called to complain they said there was nothing they could do. Not impressed with the hotel or parents for enforcing respectful behavior from the hockey teams.

Noisy ice machine
Woken 630 Sunday morning by restaurant staff pouring bucket after bucket of ice for the kitchen just outside our room. Very noisy. TV guide didn't work. Over-economised on the TV system Desk staff were fine.

Toilet bowl was not clean. Bathroom door handle was not in working condition. Bathroom light was flickering. Property not well maintained. Dirt marks on the bed sheet. However, the reception staff and house keeping staff were great.

First time staying. Reqested room facing Kamloops recieved a room facing a dirt wall. Requested a room change but was told they couldn't accommodate. The room we did recieve was not appealing, mold in shower, kitchenette stove looked like it came from an old 1960's motel. View of a dirt wall approximately five feet from window, literally all you could see. Paid around 300.00, the room should have cost 100.00. If you stay there ensure you are on the 3rd floor or higher, room numbers ending in even numbers, otherwise forget it. Won't be staying there again, extremely disappointing, especially considering the cost.
