New ownership is making every effort to put their best foot forward in all aspects of this property and it is clearly noticable and appreciated. Our unit had been completely recently renovated. Except for the bathroom door not closing because of brand new carpeting having been installed, I'll settle for that inconvenience anyday! Being just off the highway for some the road noise would be bothersome. For me though I found it quite cathartic and not bothersome at all. Fortunately the hotel is at a point of reduced highway speed and on the level so there is no decelerating or accelerating noise, just the melodic whoosh of passing traffic. My wife is a very fussy sleeper yet she had no trouble at all! The check in/office is accessed via the restaurant which is impeccably neat and tidy and appears brand new, didn't eat there, but looked totally welcoming. Absolutely would stay here again.
