I’ve created this space to feel warm, inviting, and a little adventurous—with western charm and modern touches throughout. Each bedroom has its own personality, name, and vibe to make your stay extra memorable: • The Buckin’ Bronco Room – A cozy queen room with bold western flair. • The Cactus Sunrise Room – A peaceful space with a soft desert feel and a comfy double bed. • The Maverick Suite – Our spacious primary suite with a king bed, a crib for little ones, and a mix of rustic romance and western luxury. • The Rustler’s Ridge Room – Another stylish queen room with rugged charm and thoughtful details. There’s also a charming mini house on the property with a full bed, couch, and private bathroom, available for an additional fee. The bathrooms are clean, bright, and fully stocked to keep you comfortable. The kitchen is ready for whatever you want to whip up—whether you’re cooking a family meal or baking something sweet. There’s a propane fireplace in the living area, a game table, books, and plenty of games for cozy nights in. You’ll also find a convenient laundry room for longer stays. This home is designed for rest, reconnection, and real fun—whether you’re here to relax, fish, hunt, or celebrate. I also welcome small events like weddings, birthdays, or bridal showers. I’d love to host you and help you enjoy all that this space (and this area) has to offer. ⸻ Guest Access Guests have full access to the entire home, including all four themed bedrooms, the kitchen, cozy living and dining areas, laundry room, patio, backyard, and as much parking as you need. Bring your boats, trailers, or extra vehicles—there’s plenty of space to turn around and park with ease. Outside, you’ll find a large patio area with string lights and covered seating—perfect for relaxing any time of day. Enjoy the fire pit, outdoor furniture, and an incredible view that makes the whole space feel peaceful and open. We’ve also provided a grill ready for outdoor cooking. For some fun and leisure, enjoy a variety of outdoor games set up for your entertainment—or head over to the secluded hot tub, tucked away for total privacy and relaxation. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring, fishing, or simply soaking up the tranquility of the countryside. There’s also a separate shop on the property with a small living space where I stay part-time, as I split my time between here and another property. On my land, I keep a few acres for animals and a garden, and I like to keep life simple. While I’ll be around, I’ll always respect your privacy—but I’m also nearby if you need anything. The house was in beautiful Kamiah, Idaho, above the Clearwater river with a view overlooking town. Jamey thought of everything we could possibly need from cocktail making set to sewing kits! I came in the evening, so it was already dark. I was stunned by the view, and the stress mwlted away! In the morning I woke up and did yoga in the backyard. The view and oneness with nature was amazing and relaxing.My kids barely used electronics! We brought a couple of adult sons a granddaughter and 4 of our other kids. All of them had a great time. It was so heartwarming to see them playing cards, Jenga, and corn hole. Even my husband played corn hole and he rarely participates. Cooking dinners and breakfast was a breeze due to the kitchen being fully stocked! I am a person that loves for things in the kitchen to make sense based on what you are doing. There was a baking station, so most of the baking things were all there. The cocktail kit was on the counter with margarita glasses, low ball, and wine glasses. The coffee maker had the coffee cups, creamer, and other supplies in the same area. I appreciate that kind of forethought, and it made things so easy to remeber where things were. I also liked the dual shower heads in the master bathroom. It makes it easy and saves time to have more than one kids take a shower at a time. The master closet is so long, our 8 year olds slept in there with plenty of room.
