### Luxurious Tuhaye Home with Modern Interior, Mountain Views

Welcome to Whispering Hawk. Located within the exclusive gated community of Tuhaye, with amenities including Park City's Main Street, Deer Valley, and Park City Mountain all within a 20-minute drive, enjoy mountain, lake, and valley vistas, open space, rolling hills, golf course views, and an expansive trail network for your walking, hiking and biking pleasure.  
  
The home provides a serene retreat, boasting a modern interior design with luxury touches throughout, two living spaces, and two outdoor living areas.  
  
The main level of the home features a spacious kitchen which is equipped with everything you might need to prepare homecooked meals. A breakfast bar can seat up to four, while the large dining table seats up to six. Enjoy the surrounding landscape on the large balcony, which is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and a flat-screen TV.  
  
In the living room, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light. Take comfort on the large sectional couch surrounding a gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV. A beautiful, exposed wood ceiling and stone wall add a touch of mountain charm to the modern decor.  
  
The master bedroom features gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows, exposing a lovely view of the nearby pond and surrounding landscape. There is a king-sized bed, fireplace, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom in this suite. The bathroom is outfitted with a large soaking tub, double vanity, and spacious shower.  
  
The second bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and the same breathtaking windows. Enjoy a spacious shower and double vanity in the ensuite bathroom.  
  
On the lower level, the second living space is furnished with a comfortable sectional couch and flatscreen TV.

The remaining two bedrooms are also on this level. The third bedroom is the bunk room which features two sets of queen-over-queen bunks and a flatscreen TV. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom.  
  
The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer. There is parking for two vehicles in the garage with additional parking available in the driveway. Enjoy wonderful outdoor living space including a natural gas fire table.  
  
This gorgeous home combines mountain living with modern luxury, book it today to enjoy Tuhaye in style.  
  
This home is pet friendly allowing one small breed dog -- guests must provide notification including breed within 24 hours of booking, execute the Rental Agreement Pet Addendum, and pay a cleaning surcharge (total cleaning cost 3x the listed cleaning charge, covers deep cleaning + carpet cleaning).  
  
While all may enjoy the beautiful scenery and numerous trails available at Tuhaye, please note that other community amenities are available to Talisker Club members only. Non-member guests renting are not provided access to golf, pool, clubhouse and other Talisker Club amenities. However, guests will enjoy the home s wonderful amenities, and there are excellent public golf courses and sports clubs with daily and monthly memberships available in close proximity of Tuhaye available.  
  
HOA rules allow us to offer this property for 30 night or longer stays only. Rate listed reflects discount for 30+ night rental.
