Welcome to our beautiful Klaim home, your perfect mountain getaway! Nestled overlooking the breathtaking Jordanelle Reservoir, this expertly designed retreat offers an expansive layout and modern, timeless design. Strategically located, you will be 8 minutes from Deer Valley East and 12 minutes from Park City. Whether you’re here for the exhilarating skiing or to relax and soak in lake views and nature, this Klaim home provides the perfect base for your summer and winter adventures.  
This spacious, modern home offers high-end finishes and new GE Cafe appliances. It has an open layout and a large dining room table for entertaining and playing games (games included).
