There are no elevators, my niece had a leg plaster, she was assigned third floor. This hotel is not handicapped friendly and the desk staff is rude.

The hotel is ok for family with kid, the interior is dated, at times the music in the pool is too loud, should have more than one swimming pool, one for the kiddies and one for adult, the room bar prices is outrages.

Staff is very dedicated and efficient. Swiss Hotel in Phuket is ideal for families. The proximity from the Kamala beach is very appreciated.

Not a 5 star hotel
It’s not a 5 star hotel , probably a3 star at best. Rooms shabby but the location is terrible. I was looking at a building site and the opposite view was a shanty town.. truly awful. We booked a 3 bed suite at 3k for 5 nights. When we arrived we didn’t even unpack- we demanded to be relocated to a sister hotel. We were moved but they charged us £500 for the night ( we didn’t stay there that night). The relocated hotel was much better. The hotel is not as described and the one day cancellation charge left a sour taste.
