The rooms are nice and clean but looking a bit tired now and would be nice to have a kettle in the room so you can make a hot drink, there is a large flask in the foyer/lobby but it gets cooler later on, also there's some teas and fruit there when the dinning room is closed. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service.
