It’s a short walk to all of the good downtown stores and restaurants. The condo itself was impeccably clean and the beds were so comfortable. The hosts were also very helpful and communicative. We also appreciated the small baskets around the house with snacks and extra toiletries in case we forgot something basic. Walk to shops and restaurants, and around the beautiful, tree-lined historic neighborhood. The condo is an efficiency-sized unit, with a very small kitchen/living area downstairs and a two bedrooms upstairs. Coffee provided, as well as a few sodas and beers in the fridge, which was nice. There is no air conditioning, and when we checked in (early July), the temperature upstairs was in the low 80s. We learned to manage the heat by opening all windows at night and letting the place cool down. Then, we closed the windows when we left for the day. That locked in the cooler air and we were quite comfortable after a hot first night. Several fans are available in the unit, which are key. ##### Steve B.
