"Donna at the front was amazing! She made our check - in process so easy! We visited with a large group of people and stayed in Tapa tower while some of the group stayed in Diamond, I would 100% recommend Tapa- newer rooms and beds are soooo comfortable ! "

"Property is very clean, as was the room. Staff very friendly, housekeeping does a great job and their are friendly & responsive. Pool is clean, wish there was a hot tub. Breakfast was very good, it’s not expansive but has enough to start your day. Beach is only a block away and it’s convenient to restaurants and the many ABC stores. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Very spacious room and spacious bathroom. The bathroom had a bidet, which I absolutely loved! They came in every day and kept the rooms clean and kept us stocked up on towels very friendly lots of shopping. Very nice hotel."

"Room was very comfortable, and clean! We only wished we were noritied it was an ajoined room ( we could hear everything in the room attached which can be a big lroblem if your a light sleeper like myself! ) but otherwise it was a wonderful stay. We loved the food options, the extra care the staff took to make sure our stay was enjoyable, they really went out of their way, and amenities. Plus, its maybe a 20 step walk to waikiki beach! Cant beat it, we would definitely stay here again! We loved it. "
