There are no elevators so be prepared to climb some stairs. The room was a decent size and the shower had hot water. Good storage space (wardrobe and shelves). Buffet breakfast was OK, they offered different options every morning. Instant coffee provided at breakfast. Drinking water available. Wifi was good. Location is OK, there are a handful of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was pre-plated, covered with cling film and still warm. The coffee was nice, powdered coffee creamer, sugar and drinking water were also provided. Shower was refreshing. Mattress and pillows were comfortable. Unfortunately, there was sewage smell coming from the water trap, running the extractor fan in the bathroom throughout our stay did help control the odour. We occupied 4 rooms, only 1 of the rooms had this issue, so could be an isolated one. The rooms will need redecorating to become more appealing. Owner and staff all helpful and friendly. Location is ok. Parking at the back can accommodate 3 vehicles.
