Welcome to this charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom brick home, perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. The main bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed, while the other two bedrooms each have 2 Single beds. Stay cool with ducted evaporative air conditioning (cooling only) throughout every room, plus ceiling fans in the living/dining areas and bedrooms.   
  
Enjoy your downtime with a large new Smart TV, a brand-new lounge suite, and fresh carpets in the lounge/dining areas, as well as new flooring in the kitchen. The bathroom offers both a bath and separate shower, also serving as a semi-ensuite to the main bedroom. For added convenience, a new washing machine is available in the laundry, along with a separate toilet.   
  
The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, new fridge/freezer, and stove/oven, with a cozy breakfast table for your morning meals. A larger dining table is perfect for family meals, and comfy lounges are provided for unwinding after a day of exploring.   
  
Outside, you’ll find a new BBQ and outdoor seating in the back patio area—ideal for enjoying the fresh air. Two driveways offer parking, one with a single carport and the other with gated access to a spacious, lawned backyard—perfect for your boat or furry friends. The backyard is fully enclosed, ensuring safety and privacy.   
  
Pets are welcome! There’s a pet gate available for the laundry door so your pets can stay indoors when the weather isn’t ideal (BYO dog bed, please).   
  
Wi-Fi is not available at this property. Free public Wi-Fi can be accessed at several locations in town, including the Kalbarri Visitor Centre, Kalbarri Library, Gorges Cafe and Kalbarri Motor Hotel.  
  
Centrally located, you’ll be close to both the beach and town. Mbale is a favorite with returning guests, making it the perfect place for a peaceful holiday in Kalbarri.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.   
  
Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.   
  
Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

#### Great house in a great location

This house is perfect for a holiday. It is neat clean and tidy and in a fabulous location. It is also secure and has everything that you need. Its only a 5 minute walking distance from the house to town and a stones throw from the water. And the yard was very secure for my two dogs.

A great little get-away home that was perfect for our adult family of 4\. Walking distance to everything including coffee in the morning! Very clean and spacious. Would stay here again!

Clean accommodation but could do with some upgrading. Glad I didn’t bring my dog as there was no area outside which sheltered from the rain. Probably ok in the summer. All in all we were happy with the accommodation and location of the property.
