Room smelled like something was rotten, facility dirty, they charged me random charges, and the fridge did not work maintenance never came to fix or replace. Phone in room did not work to call front desk and when called they never answered

This hotel needs a lot of work. The rooms were not cleaned properly, the furniture was old and needed to be thrown out, and the heat was not working properly in the room. Upon entering the hotel, by the front desk, there was a smell of dogs. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This was far the worst stay in a hotel that we have experienced!

I would venture to say this entire part of town is old and dumpy so this hotel was nice considering but the pool was cold and full of bugs, our room smelled like sewer, and there were signs all over in the breakfast area saying Dine In Only, no carry outs. The breakfast was actually the only good part of the stay and I can understand not wanting guests to take food out of there in order to keep the hotel clean, but if I’m hitting the road early and want to take a banana or muffin with me, I should be able to do that without being crucified. This was definitely not a $140 per night hotel. Maybe $70.

Room did not look freshly vacuumed, telephone did not work to call front desk, telephone was caked with dust and dirt. Worst of all it did not have a shower curtain. When I told front desk they did not fix the problem for our stay.

Nothing wrong with my good it's just me. This like many midprice hotel is aging fast. Expedia reservation at last minute about 20 minutes before arrival. It's NOT a newly built building. I was greeted very quickly at desk with my room key. The room was very comfortable. The small breakfast area was a narrow long room. Basic breakfast with cereals. toast, 1 Waffle maker and eggs and sausage. Judging by design was old Holiday Inn?Sadly like so many hotels it's slowly going into direpair so it may change names soon. Hotel was OK for a good sleep as it was right off I94. Less than 10 minutes from Firekeepers casino.

The staff were very nice. Breakfast was satisfactory with good options. On the surface it looks ok. There is no elevator. I paid through Expedia for a premium king room, and was told that was only available on the second floor. Unable to do stairs, they moved me to a first floor room with only a full bed. There were holes in the bathroom door. Dust in the corners. Curtains not hung correctly. Over painted in some places (parts of the door knobs and sprinkler system) and needed paint in other places. One of the sprinkler heads was completely taped off with painters tape. The door had to be pulled with force to latch. No refund for the difference in price of rooms. Quite disappointed and wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

I would like to commend the front desk staff for their service, professionalism, and welcoming attitude. The hotel is what you would expect for the price. If you want budget, this is your place. There were plenty of local businesses to meet your needs as well. One thing, there seemed to be a lot of restrictions imposed on guests - nothing that directly affected me, but might affect others. Oh, the bed was very comfortable and my wife and I both had a good night's sleep. Breakfast buffet had hot items that were tasty.

First off I paid for a king suite with a jetted tub… I got a 2 queen room with no jetted tub. After I asked the front desk person about it… he asked me if I wanted to be down graded to a regular queen room. Of course I said no and he said I needed to contact you and not them….

It was ok…
A lot of money for a sub par hotel. Was on a long road trip and saw that they had deep soaking tubs. Yes they definitely do however the tub stopper didn’t work and the water spout was even long enough for the water to fill the tub. Was also disappointed that there were no elevators in this hotel. Makes if difficult with people with joint pain to carry all their items up the stairs.

While not usually sharing reviews, I thought it might be helpful. Upon arrival, the guest in front of me had a significant issues with his stay, making me a little gunny. However, my room was recently reconditioned and was nice. Sure the shower did not work perfectly, but for the price it was fine. It took me about 10 - 15 minutes to check in which was a little long. I would recommend this property--for the room I had--with the caveat that it is a $80 - $ 90 hotel. If you want better, pay another $50 and go to the Holiday Inn or Hampton. For me, it was fine.
