Very disappointed with my stay. The hotel smelled awful, I almost threw up as soon as I got off the elevator and started walking down my hall. I did not feel safe at all, the stairwell doors do not lock or stay closed and there was trash laying all over. The room was pretty run down, the outlet didn’t even have a cover on it and there was no comforter on the bed, just sheets. The breakfast was laughable, juice machine didn’t work, only cereal was plain corn flakes, only bread was plain. Definitely would not recommend!

Check in counter was slow, elevator doors don’t work, no blankets on any of the beds in the 3 rooms I rented, dirty furniture, bed mattresses are beyond disgusting with stains! Roaches in the bathroom over light, I was so embarrassed to get these rooms for a concert for my family members for 100.00 a night, I would never again ! We slept a couple of hours on top of the blankets we finally received after 2 hours as we were too tired to drive home!!!

The lobby stunk of stale cigarette smoke and weed. I checked into my room, went in and looked at it, and then went to eat. When I got back they had given my room to someone else. They tried to put us in a room that had bare wires sticking out of the walls and mold all over it. The woman in our room opened the door and told us that there were bugs climbing all over the walls. There are people that live there, which is fine. But, they smoke in their rooms. The hallway smelled like smoke and like someone was frying shrimp in their room. The staff was less than helpful and didnt seem to care. I was third in line at the front desk. The two other people in front of me also had major issues..Bugs, bare wires, no towels.. They asked for a refund and went somewhere else as did I. Do not try to stay here. You will most likely bring roaches and bedbugs home. This place should be condemned.

Lots of long term residents, dog poop everywhere, the residents ate all the continental breakfast. The hotel room was very dirty, smelled bad, broken furniture, blood stained pillow under the pillow case. The lobby smelled terribly of smoke. Had we not been desperate we would have left instantly.

The place is okay yes.. i have stayed many many times different times. Never a problem this time i have a huge issue.. i desided to take myself a hot bath as im sitting in the tub ... someone felt like they could just OPEN THE FRONT DOOR. I feel that a security problem big time !!! Why would any worker or better yet who would have a key there was only one key card made that visit ..

Attack of the Crumbs
A bit run down, room wasn't the cleanest.... There were crumbs under the bed and behind the chair.... I'm not talking a few crumbs, I'm talking an entire army of crumbs getting ready to take over the world.... It was cold out, I made the trek up the three flights of stairs only to find out the lock wasn't working.... So back down three flights of stairs and then to the other side of the hotel.... Thanks for the extra exercise though.. Wasn't really much to the breakfast, but maybe because I got there late towards the end...... I could go on... But why rant

This is a good place to stay. The staff, Ms. CRYSTAL, the service staff are all very nice and super friendly. The rooms are clean and neat also.

I do not recommend this one!!! We booked a non-smoking room but there was a strong smoke smell in the room we were first given. The person at the counter said “Ya, our rooms are all non-smoking but people do as they please”. They seem to have no system in place to keep that from happening. I don’t think they care. Asked for another room and the key didn’t open the door. Asked for our money back and were told to call Wyndham and speak with the manager. We went to Sleep Inn 10 minutes down the road for a good night.

Horrendous experience, I wish there was an option for zero stars. We were in our room for less than 10 minutes before we checked right back out. Starting just pulling in, it smelled heavily of marijuana and there were kids running around screaming in the parking lot. After we checked in, we went to our room where the door barely shut. The lock on the door was broken and had very clearly been broken by force. Despite no smoking signs, the room smelled like an ashtray. There was brown spots on the wall that looks like blood or poop. One of the pillows on one of the beds had brown spots all over it. There was no fire/smoke alarm. Immediately we found a different hotel and went to check back out. When I asked to get a refund, the clerk told us her manager would be in in the morning and she would get ahold of me for the refund. We never heard from them, and any attempts to call them (by myself and Hotels.com) were unsuccessful. The clerk even told us to check out one of the nearest hotels because it was nicer. I was charged $90 for the nastiest hotel room I've ever been in.

Upon arrival we took the elevator to the third floor, the emegency exit was propped open, the level smelled like.cigarettes, the room waa.not vacuumed, there was ytash inder the furniture and a dirty napkin on the broken heating unit. The clean bedding on the beds was stained and smelled like a dryer that needed deodoraized. The door would not shut since the frame and door looked out of plumb, but slammimg ot worked. When i sat on the corner of the bed the nes lifted up.

25 minute wait at an empty front desk to check in. Then, the room had no toilet paper, no blankets (only sheets) on the beds. It was 40° at night and when we tried to turn on heat, it was ice cold. No phone to speak with the desk, no coffee maker, very few outlets. Place was shabby, dirty, overflowing trash cans on the property. We reserved a room for 2 nights, but checked out after only 1. Mildew in the shower, dirty floors-- NO WAY! I will NEVER.stay at a Baymont property again.

Filthy dirty. The pillow cases and bed spread had stains. The lamp shades were dirty with weird stains and ripped broken. Asked for a second room and that room was on the third floor, had a really bad garbage kind of odor. Opened the window (screen missing) and the odor got worse. Stains on the bed, sheets had tears, lamp shade had stains. T.V. was left on and the bed looked like it was slept in. Told the clerk we were leaving. She did offer a third room but we were so disgusted after two rooms we went to another place. Do Not stay at this place!

Check in was good. WiFi was basically nonexistent. Wouldn’t hold a signal.! Breakfast was marginal. No creamer or non sugar sweetener for coffee. Bagels were good. Eggs and hash was good. Sausage was bad. Staff was pleasant, but room was not serviced.! Had to go to desk for towels for next day.

My adult kids had to be moved 2 times. 1st rm had dirty sheets with hair and boogers. Door did not lock. 2nd rm had a family in that should have checked out in a.m this was 1130pm. 3rd rm still did not lock no toilet paper had bugs on walls. They were tired slept with clothes on. My room toilet did not shut off jacuzzi was filthy did not use. Light switch was broke in 1/2. Maintenance said it was not supposed to be in use. Couch we did not sit on so filthy

Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Room was not very clean. The mattress/boxsrpring was stained badly. Bed was not comfortable. The smell of marijuana in the hallways was overwhelming. The lobby was filthy. I was charged more than quoted for the room on Expedia, paid substantially more. I just wanted to get out of there following the event I attended. Area around the facility was dirty. Hard to find.
