Overall stay was average. Chosen because the location was convenient to my business needs. Reserved a room for three nights, and each day. The room got canceled, must’ve been a computer glitch somewhere. Additionally, in room heater and fridge were loud and prevented a good night sleep.

I would have found this hotel to be just fine at a lower price. When trying to decide between this location and a comparable hotel about half the price, we chose this more expensive downtown location expecting to be on a vibrant street with lots to do within walking distance. But the area was deadly quiet. A school, a football stadium, parking lots, office buildings. On a weekend, all deserted. We still had to get back in the car to drive to the business district to find a place to eat. But I will say the staff was all very friendly, and the hotel itself was clean, but dated.

We stayed in the king suite with jacuzzi. The room was very spacious and clean. The only downside was no elevator to the second floor

1st & last stay
Furniture in lobby was dirty & stained. Breakfast area not kept clean during use. Bathroom in room was dingy & had large patch in bottom that was about the size and shape of an adult woman's foot print. Lobby looked cute but on closer inspection furniture was stained & dirty.

there were 3 groups of people coming in at different times. Son and dil arrived before us, the desk person realized we were together and offered my dil connecting rooms. The grandkids loved the secret door. They couldn't wait to tell us about the door. Breakfast was hot and filling. You can walk over to see the Christmas light in the park. It felt safe here and was very clean. We would stay again.

Overall it was a decent place to stay. Was very clean, pleasant staff which were most important. Pool and hot tub were nice. Downsides were: older place, our fridge wasn’t working (didn’t know until right before we left), exercise room was marginal at best (a treadmill, elliptical that didn’t work, and a weight machine in an area the size of an average bathroom). Breakfast was free, but was afraid to try the eggs and sausage patties as they didn’t look fresh, some of the creamer containers were spoiled.

Sadly disappointed
Tub was nice, but everything else was just bleh. From a smell in the hallway to a smelly pool it was hard to enjoy a lot of the amenities offered. Had a cigarette burn in our bed sheet, and the bottom sheets didn't even fit on the bed. Just felt like overall it could've been much much better. The city is great, I just suggest finding different hotels.

🙀Bugs! GO AWAY!
I was very happy with the room til I was awaken in the night feeling something crawling on my chest and neck. Jumped up went to bathroom pulled off my pj top and there it was a bedbug crawling on my pj top. I was very disgusted and angry. I had to go to management to show and let him know, about the problem in my room. He was nice and offered another room but I turned it down. I checked out that very late night after ckng and washing my clothes to find another hotel. 😾💗

The sheets were very nice. The cleanliness wasn’t bad but the sink is not in the very tiny bathroom. My friend’s bed was obnoxiously squeaky. People thought it was okay to stand outside the window at 5:30am and have a 15 minute conversation. The indoor pool looked lovely but we did not use it

The key I was given did not open the door to the room assigner me. I had to walk a long distance back to the office and was given a key to a different room. There were about five sheet of toilet paper left on the roll which makes me wonder did the room cleaner not do.
