The Space:  
This modern one-bedroom apartment, located on the 3rd floor of the building (please note, there is no elevator), is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or remote workers. One of its standout features is the spacious private rooftop terrace — a tranquil, plant-filled haven where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind at sunset.  
  
Inside, the bedroom is tastefully furnished with a comfortable double bed, fresh linens, and soft lighting for a cozy night's sleep. The living room features a comfortable double convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
