"We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to stay for our first tike visiting than Kalamaki beach hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect for us three and it was spacious enough for us girls. The balcony was huge and we had a great view of the ocean. We loved the hotel restaurants and pools! "The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping our room clean and tidy however they are hampered by not having the right size sheets for the beds. A double bed is not 2 singles pushed together so when hotels do this the sheets do not fit making each nights sleep uncomfortable and annoying. Staff at the restaurant were welcoming and friendly and the buffet was always very well presented, re supplied and with lots of choice. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We did not use the pools but they looked well looked after. The hotel is very well located, just a short walk down the road to the blue flag awarded Kalamaki beach. The hotel is on the flight path for the nearby airport but this did not bother us at all. We had a hire car and there is a small free car park to use and there is space on the road outside also. We had an issue with the safe when we arrived and this was sorted promptly. We recommend this hotel."

"Absolutely! Here’s a polished review that highlights the positives while honestly explaining the “all-inclusive” meal schedule: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean, and arriving at the property was a great experience. The area was lively and exciting, with lots of activities and things to see and do. I would especially recommend this hotel for families with children. There are multiple pools, including a water area specifically for little kids, which makes it a great place for families looking for fun and entertainment. One thing to be aware of is that although the hotel is advertised as all-inclusive, the food is only available during designated meal times. Breakfast is served during breakfast hours, lunch during lunch hours, and dinner during dinner hours. Once those hours are over, there aren’t really food options available inside the resort. The good news is that you only have to walk a few steps outside the property to find plenty of restaurants and food options along the street. My biggest recommendation is simply to make sure you eat during the scheduled meal times if you plan to stay on the property. The food itself was actually one of my favorite parts of the stay! There were lots of options, everything we tried was delicious, and I genuinely really enjoyed the food here. The AC worked wonderfully, and our balcony overlooking the pool was beautiful and gave us a great view. One of our rooms did need a quick maintenance check, but the"

"Modern base with great staff, but mixed for families with older kids We spent 8 days here in early August as a family of four. Overall, the hotel offers modern comfort and friendly service, though several aspects could be improved for family stays. Rooms: Modern, spacious, and very accommodating with comfortable beds, great storage, and an excellent shower. Housekeeping was daily and pleasant, though floors needed more thorough hoovering. Nighttime noise was an issue, with younger guests below behaving inappropriately in private swim-up pools. Dining: The restaurant is clean and well laid out with attentive, polite staff. However, the buffet area feels small, food variety is limited, there is no dedicated kids' corner, child-friendly choices are minimal, and the snack bar needs more options. Location & Amenities: Excellent location close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and activities. The pool is nice but lacks waterslides, and there is no entertainment for kids aged 6+. Additionally, while the staff were welcoming, we experienced uncomfortable staring from some Eastern European guests towards our mixed-race family. A solid, clean hotel, but better dining variety, more activities for older children, and less nighttime disruption would improve the family experience."

"This was a great stay for the 5 days we spent in Zakynthos. It’s an easy walk to the beach and any shops/ small markets you may need on your way back. Theres also a shop right next to the hotel owned by a lovely couple. Only thing that was not smooth was the check in as we were made to wait over an hour even though there was a set check in time, which delayed our day. Aside from this the room was spacious and clean with a pool view balcony and the staff were helpful and were glad we chose this hotel. It is also a short walk from the main strip for those who are visiting for that, if you’re looking for nice bars as we did, I’d recommend going past the strip and onto the beach where you will find Hamsa and a few others that were great and open till late"
