(1,464 reviews) The gym was small and lacked equipment, which was a bit disappointing. However, the room itself was spacious and maintained at a perfect temperature. The bed, unfortunately, was too firm for my comfort. On a positive note, the staff was incredibly friendly, and I felt very safe throughout my stay thanks to visible security before accessing the elevators. The bathroom was beautiful, and the room offered a beautiful view, with blackout curtains. Overall, I’m giving this stay four stars instead of five, mainly due to the uncomfortable bed. That said, the property is well maintained, and the team truly made a great impression. The upstairs restaurant was a highlight offering breathtaking mountain views along with excellent food and wine. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Sandia. I just wish the bed had been a bit more comfortable.
