"Very disappointed in lack of communication all around. The house is advertised incorrectly and the property manager and owner seem to not have an honest relationship and guests suffer. they also hide fees you never knew you had but that we paid for anyway as a courtesy and then we’re yokdvwe never did. We all also hit very ill after being here and better as soon as we left. Would not recommend this property to anyone."

"The Victoria Comfort Inn is located within walking distance of Obunga and about a 10 min ride to downtown Kisumu. It has a nice conference area which is pleasant for local businss. The staff is superb! We had excellent service both at check in and during all of our meal service (which we ate there every night). It has an expansive menu and even has a small gym.
