A very nice apartment with a private garden, comfortable bed, well-appointed kitchen. The email with confirmation came from Bachcare, so I didn’t understand that was this place and thought no one had sent me the check in information. I paid for cleaning but was given a set of instructions for meticulous cleaning so it would have been nice to have those not present so as not to be confusing. Also, a lot of alarmist wording about the amount of water available and where to sort the trash though there were no bins as detailed. Also, major construction happening next door and the workmen were 2 feet from my bed discussing porn. But- all these are minor and as mentioned, the space is quite nice. We enjoyed hiking down the trail to Kaiteriteri each day, taking in the gorgeous views and bird calls. If it’s really hot, know that there is not AC and the windows don’t have screens on them to keep bugs out at dusk. At other times of day, we were able to open the windows and let cool air in.
