This premium unit is located on the 2nd floor & faces towards the Pool & Views of the Ocean & Magic Sands Beach! Walking Distance to beach right across the street. This amazing unit has a massive lanai with incredible views. Unit#206 has 1010 interior square feet with a 200 square foot lanai! Washer & dryer in the unit! It comes with a covered parking area under the building. This unit has NO STAIRS. Very close to the elevator for easy access! Most units here have a few steps in between the elevator bank and the unit, but not this one! PERFECT option for those who have mobility challenges!
