Welcome to your dream island getaway at White Sands Village 117 in sunny Kailua-Kona. This condo is part of a beautiful oceanfront community that offers a wide range of amenities designed to help you unwind and embrace the Aloha spirit. Take a dip in the saltwater pool or relax your muscles in the Jacuzzi while watching the sunset melt into the Pacific. Stay active on the tennis and pickleball courts, unwind in the dry sauna, or gather in the BBQ pavilion and rec room with a pool table.  
  
The Space:  
We provide 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and 1 cooler for guest use.  
  
Inside your vacation home, island comfort and modern convenience come together. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare tropical breakfasts or evening pupu (Hawaiian for appetizers!), complete with all the essential appliances, cookware, and utensils you need. Counter seating for two offers the perfect spot to sip fresh Kona coffee in the morning. Just beyond, a cozy dining table for four invites intimate meals or late-night card games. The spacious living room boasts a comfortable couch and two plush armchairs, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. Kick back and catch a movie on the smart TV, or mix up your favorite island drink and step onto the lanai, where a table for four and additional seating let you relax with views of the pool and sparkling ocean.  
  
Venture beyond your lanai and you'll discover that Kailua-Kona is bursting with things to see and do. Take a stroll down Ali‘i Drive, lined with oceanfront shops, local eateries, and art galleries, or spend the day snorkeling in crystal-clear waters at Kahalu‘u Beach Park, just minutes away. Plus, with beach essentials provided during your stay, you’ll be able to relax oceanside whenever your heart desires. This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.  
  
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, balcony access, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.  
  
Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds that can be converted to a king size bed.  
  
This home also includes an additional bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

This home is centrally located with convenient driving access to many of the Big Island’s top attractions. Magic Sands Beach—also known as Disappearing Sands—is directly across the street. Just a 3-minute walk puts you in the ocean, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or catching waves. Mountain trails and scenic sea canyon hikes are also just a short drive away, offering a variety of outdoor adventures close to home.  
  
When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.
