Home Away From Home!

Loved the location and the space was perfect for us and our 4 teenagers. Pool was a good alternative when the tide was high - always could find a chair to use. Location was perfect- close to DT and shopping (3.5 mile walk), great running and easy access to main roads.

Great location in Kona!

The location couldn't have been more perfect. We walked to Magic Sands beach each night to see the sunset. Just a 20 minute drive to all the excursions we booked (snorkeling with manta rays, deep sea fishing, snorkeling at capt. cooks cove). 5 minute drive to the grocery store. There was plenty of beach gear for all 6 of us to borrow (boogy boards, beach chairs, snorkels, etc.). And the wrap around deck was fantastic! Great host, and great rental.

Great short stay

The property was as described. Very clean and comfortable. Close walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the lanai and the pool area the most. Very easy check in and check out. The location was great and the unit had everything we needed. We selected this unit because it had an elevator and we had 2 people with bad knees. It turned out that the elevator didn’t go to the top, which we were on. We had to haul luggage up the last 10 stairs and had to navigate the stairs every time we came and went.

Great place right in front of La'aloa Beach Park!

The place was clean, spacious, and easy to access. It is also right in front of La'aloa park. Host was also very helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

Location and amenities

Our family of four had a great time. The location to white sands beach can’t be beat and the property was nice too. The kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. Having beach stuff available in the unit made life much easier for us and packing as well. There are snorkel gear, boogie boards, and towels to name a few things. The wrap around lanai had great views of the volcano and water. We’d stay again.

Lovely First Visit to Kona area

This was our first visit to the Big Island. This condominium is well located and the common areas of the complex are well maintained i.e. pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball areas. We could easily drive to the grocery store, walk down to the Magic Sands beach and enjoy the restaurant and coffee bar nearby. The children, ages 6 & 4, were able to play in the sand on the beach and we enjoyed watching the high surf our first week. There are better swimming/play areas within close driving distance.The unit is well supplied with the essentials and well maintained. The washer/dryer were amazing! The outside decks were really nice.We enjoyed our stay, found activities easily accessible and recommend this location and property to others considering a visit to this area. Thank you.

10 days in Hawai’i

Perfect location- across from a beautiful beach. Condo has everything you need. Beautiful wrap around patio is great. Fully stocked kitchen was so nice! The pool, hot tub and pool table were enjoyed by my kids daily! Was a wonderful 10 days in Hawai’i! Would definitely come back to this location!

Spacious condo, fantastic location

We spent several days in Joshua’s wonderful apartment and really enjoyed it, especially huge balcony with the view. We saw the rainbow and sunsets from it - magical! Great location overall, Magic beach is across the road, we ate at Magics grill one night, we recommend it. Special thanks for the well stocked kitchen! 5* and highly recommend.

Twins 1st Trip to Hawaii

The condo was a perfect location for families wanting to hangout on the beach or by the pool all day. Located on a main road with proximity to shops, restaurants, and other beaches. Interior furniture and curtains need updating. Condo stocked with towels, bedding, beach accessories, washer/dryer, and condiments you may need. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend to others.

White Sand Beach, Ie Magic Sands, Condo

Great Condo, the lanai (porch) is huge and awesome. Two of us slept outside every night. AC was great and cooled down very fast. Kitchen was great, we made breakfast every day. Beach in August was awesome. Busy mid day but we swam there every morning and evening. I would stay here again if we come back to Kona.

Beautiful Condo; Perfect Location

We loved our stay. The condo is well laid out and large enough for all of us to have space with the large balcony as a favorite. The views are awesome and being right across from Magic Sands Beach was ideal. The owner provides everything you need for beach/pool days, as well as for days/nights in. Kitchen is well-stocked and bedrooms/bathrooms have everything you need. We can’t recommend this property enough. We loved it!

Exceeded expectations. Truly right across street from lovely family beach. Condo was super clean with comfortable decorator inspired furnishings and art. Hotel quality linens and towels. Condo was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time there: fully equipped kitchen, placemats, paper towels, detergent, condiments, coffee, tea, shampoo, blowdryers, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach towels, coolers, beach umbrellas, tennis racquets. Complex has lovely pool and BarBQ grills. Huge wrap around lanai. I wondered abbot placement of futon sofa on lanai. It was placed to watch sunrise... Great place.

Comfy, Quiet place with great amenities for all ages.

The place is exactly how the place looks in pictures and or even better! The porch was a great addition along with nice sunrise views as well as plenty of seating room for all six of us to enjoy. The beds were comfy and clean, and lots of utensils and other common house items that were there. The mood of the place was very inviting as well as the people who were staying there made us feel right at home. The pool,hot tub, and beach were very well maintained and were wonderful to use! I would highly recommend this complex to others as well as stay again in the future.

Josh was a great host, he answered all questions promptly. The location and views of this property are unbelievable. The pool area and outdoor facilities are amazing. The condo was spacious and comfortable. My only complaints would be with some of the dishes pots and pans, they could definitely use an update and the carpets are extremely worn. I would stay at this complex again it is incredible.
