The only negative about the property was the toilets. They were low flushing toilets and you had to hold the lever down for about 10 - 15 seconds before the toilet would flush. The VRBO was quiet, cool and perfect sized for our group of two. We could easily walk \~5 min to the center of Kona and had a great view of the fireworks from the pool deck for the 4th of July! The AC in the bedroom is quiet which was also nice for getting quality sleep after full days of activity. Full grocery store is a 25 minute walk. We did this without a car. You can Uber to better beaches, marina, airport etc. in 30-45 minutes. We loved this place and would go again. Breakfast every morning on quiet back lanai. We kept the cereal and bread in the fridge so it didn’t attract bugs. Only saw 1 ant and 2 roaches in 9 days. It was clean, had good parking and a nice pool and bbq area. The condo is across the street from the iconic Royal Kona Hotel. Nice to be able to walk to the luau! I recommend this rental to any couple. They also have a pull out bed couch but we didn’t need it. 2 bath one bedroom. ##### Ryan M. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were fine. I do think that the advertising for condos, in general, should let readers know of all the add ons that will be made to their visit.
