The pictures make it look a bit dated and leave you wondering if the view is really as good as you think it is. OMG. It is huge, nicely decorated with lovely furniture and art, and is well set up for extending the living space onto the large lanai. Speaking of which, the lanai has gorgeous solid wood patio furniture and a direct view of the sun setting over the ocean. The shoreline is not ideal for swimming but the pool (again, way better and larger than the pictures) is immediately adjacent and gorgeous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away. We swam and snorkled with sea turtles and gorgeous fish at a black sand beach 8 minutes away but drove by at least four beaches on the way there. You should definitely stay here. ##### Robert O. Slightly slow on repairs First, this is a great property and I would definitely stay again. The location is perfect. We had one issue with the airconditioning drain being clogged and it leaked/dripped in the kitchen. It took a bit of time for the owner to get the correct repairman on site. That said, he discounted our stay, which was fair but when you have a limited time for vacation, I would have preferred more prompt attention. Very unlikely this would happen again to someone else and assuming there are no issues needing attention while you stay, this is a very nice property. I would recommend to the owner to replace the old sliding doors. They need to be serviced or most likely replaced. They looked original to the unit from the 1980s. ##### John B. As described, the location is spectacular. Property is spacious and comfortable, though a bit dated and oddly configured, especially the si big room filled with pool table. I have high standards and this property exceeded them. It was very clean and had so many amenities such as a nice washer and dryer in the condo. The lanai was beyond stunning! Everything was exceptional including the bedding and towels which were so soft! I’d live here if I could and only hope to return someday. ##### Julie L. Location was great for our family of 5 (kids ages 17, 17, 13). The 3 kids took the master bedroom, utilizing the twin pull-out loveseat, and parents slept in the "guest" room which had a full bath attached. The views were spectacular, and we got a lot of use out of the pool table. We had friends staying in the area, and this gave us enough room to host cocktail hour before going out for dinner. Be sure to get updated WiFi access info in advance. The access information in our welcome packet was outdated, and we had to run in circles to obtain access. WiFi is not very strong, so we would not have been able to use it for business purposes. By no means would this deter us from staying here again in the future. ##### Kelly W.
