Quiet & Private 1 King bed/1 Twin daybed/1 bath kitchenette (attached to main house) w/ separate entrance & patio \~600 sqft in secluded & gated community at a cool 2400 ft elevation. Wake up to beautiful views of Mauna Kea. Located 30 min by car from Kona Airport, Waimea, Waikoloa, Kona town & 10 min from the "New Saddle Road entrance" that will get you to Hilo in 1 hour. Please research drive times before booking using “Puu Lani Ranch”. \*\*If dates unavailable on calendar, send a message. May be due to housekeeper schedule

Everything about this rental was just perfect. The location, the size, the views, the neighborhood…….. perfect. The unit was clean and comfortable, the patio was so relaxing and it is perfect for 1 or 2 people.

I cannot comment on the above. The entry code l was given did not open the front door. Several calls to the owner (New Jersey area code) went to Voicemail and were not returned. Fortunately l was able to find a sofa to sleep on for 2 nights at a friend's accommodations. I'm currently preparing a letter to request a full refund.
