Beach Supplies: We’re happy to provide a beach umbrella, 3beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, and one snorkel set for you to enjoy during your stay. Please use them responsibly and at your own risk. By using these items, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur. Quiet Hours: Kailua-Kona has a noise curfew between the hours of 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and let the sounds of the island carry you to sleep. Note: A violation of this rule may result in a fine of up to $200. HOUSE RULES No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or any tobacco use is strictly prohibited indoors. No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
