It has A/C. and is walking distance to all of the local restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, churches, and farmers market. Also, just a short walk to the beach. This 1st floor unit has a queen size bed , sofa bed, TV and free Wifi The kitchen has a full size refrigerator & sink, but there is no stove. It has an electric skillet, Hot Plate with Pots/Pans, Toaster, Microwave and Crock Pot for cooking. We made some good meals with the hot plate and electric fry pan! The BBQ'S BY THE POOL was well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was good. If you open the front door and slider, you can get a nice breeze. Nice for some quiet from the air conditioner The pool was very nice! Great way to relax and cool off in the afternoon.The space is located in the middle of town on the main strip. You can walk just about anywhere.The view from the lanai is somewhat obstructed.It was still beautiful.
