This newly remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom property, is the perfect location for your Kona trip, the beach is across the street. Enjoy the lovely decor, Air conditioning, fast wifi, private lanai, and a well-stocked kitchen. Upon entry, you will enjoy the space that feels upgraded with the calmness of Aloha. The primary bedroom has a new king bed and smart television for guests to relax and unwind. Unpack your belongings in the closet for convenience. There is also a bathroom with a shower attached to the primary bedroom, with hall access for guest use. The living area is open and has a great flow to allow for conversation from the kitchen to the living areas and lanai. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets any at-home chef needs. You can keep the chef company, by relaxing on the bar stools or enjoy dining outside al fresco style on the lanai. The living area has a large flat-screen smart television and there is a window air conditioning unit. The guest's bedroom host many options, there is a queen bed and bunk beds deciding on what works best for you and your guests. The bathroom off the guest's room has a bathtub and shower combination. There is also a smart television for guests to stream their favorite shows on. This room also has lani access. The lanai is a great place to relax and enjoy some Kona coffee and listen to Kona wake up. Enjoy the pool area and BBQ amenity area which aren't far from this unit. You have one designated parking stall, right in front of the unit for convenience. Enjoy all this unit has to offer and turn your moments into memories. The place we stayed at the beginning of our trip was a multi million dollar property that was not clean when we arrived and we found several roaches during our stay including one in the bed sheets! This unit however was immaculate! I was a little hesitant upon arriving to the property as it didn’t look very welcoming. When we opened the door and entered the unit we were pleasantly surprised. It was so inviting! It was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was close to town and beaches. The pool was also nice, clean and quiet. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Big Island. It is a bit of a drive to the bigger beaches but it is worth it to stay at this place. ##### JOSIAH C. It had all the conveniences of home, plus beach chairs etc. Everything was going smoothly until the day before we left and remodel construction began in the Condo directly above us. It was so loud we couldn't stay in the Condo and left to go do something, when all we wanted to do was relax at the Condo on our last day.Other than that, it was a nice place. The one thing that bothered us was having a survellience camera on our back patio, where the dining table is located. I understand having a camera at the front door, but a camera on the back patio where we had meals together felt like an invasion of privacy. Yes, it was disclosed when property was booked, but it just was creepy and uncomfortable looking up and seeing that camera pointed at us when we were on the patio. Had a wonderful stay. Location was convenient to walk to the downtown area. Driving distance to all the local shops. Not far from great little beach areas. As well as close to dive shops if you are into that! The neighbors (local and renters) very nice and friendly. Parking spot is right in front of unit. Only one minor complaint but did not affect my rating is the air conditioning, it’s not central which is ok but the living room AC is on a spring timer that you have to turn on each hour at a time. One bedroom has an AC unit on same type of timer. The other bedroom has no AC unit. So we made it work for us but it is something to note. It can get warm if AC is not on. The two wall air conditioning units are on a 60 - minute timer. Which is fine during the day (especially if you spend most of your daytime out of the condo), but makes for awful nights of sleep when you wake up every hour bc of the heat!!! 2\. The hallway light that you need on anytime you do laundry is on a 15ish second timer, for some unknown reason. So you keep having to stop loading/unloading washer/dryer in order to put the light back on. Was very warm and had to go purchase a fan. First visit on any of the islands that had no recyclable containers on the property. We did our best to recycle on our own. The location is within walking distance to downtown Kona and the condo provided all the amenities to make for a comfortable visit. The only drawback is the traffic in the morning off Ali’i way, but the noise was only noticeable while sitting out on the lanai. ##### Aaron S. It had everything we could need and want. There was a minor issue at check in that was resolved super quickly after contacting the responsive and courteous management team. The kitchen is well appointed and well stocked with everything we needed to prepare a few simple meals. The lanai felt very private being screened by lush palms and was a lovely place to enjoy breakfast and an evening rainfall. Being able to do laundry as needed was such a bonus and the kids loved going to the pool on our low-key afternoons. There were plenty of beach towels and also other beach goodies like chairs, an umbrella, cooler bag, and beach toys to use on our beach days. We really appreciated the hospitality and amenities here and the location was great! ##### Donna H. The location was perfect- just a little walk across the street to Honl Beach. The place was very clean, and had so many things we loved- the pull out couch gave just a bit extra room for the family, the cute lanai to sit at for breakfast, and the roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the addition of beach stuff in the closet, as well as the stocked kitchen. The thought of ice packs was amazing and well used. This place had everything we needed for our beach adventures!
