She was super friendly and helpful and we were able to check in early. Even after our stay when we realized we had left something in the condo, Jacy responded quickly and helped us to get our belongings back. Located at a perfect spot in central Kona, we could go anywhere by foot. Complete amenities and a parking spot right at the complex. Jacinta wasa great host and very responsive to any questions.
