Beautiful property with a wonderful outdoor area. The area was quiet, peaceful, and very relaxing. We had two teenage boys with us and they really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property! Location was easy to find. House was clean and provided everything a family would need. Family enjoyed the pool, yard and BBQ and all the space it came with. Thankful for all the outdoor beach toys, water shoes, life jackets ect in garage. Our Granddaughter enjoyed riding the bikes. We left a boogie board for the next guests and hope it adds to the collection of beach fun!

Wonderful Property

May family and I stayed here for 10 days during a recent trip to the Big Island. The neighborhood is gated and absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect for us. The home itself was large, clean, and well appointed. We usually ate two meals a day at the house so it was great to have a large kitchen to cook or just make sandwiches to bring to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great to come home to after whatever our adventure was for the day. Having a washer and dryer was a real benefit and the extras like coolers, beach chairs, and snorkel gear were an unexpected perk as well. Communication was excellent from the very beginning and we felt the price was very reasonable for this property. We would highly recommend staying here.

this house was perfect! all the amenities you could ask for are there. the house is clean, newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. we will stay again. the kids loved the pool, the house is close to town but very quiet neighborhood. no complaints at all. loved it!

A fantastic week in Kona

We had a fantastic time at this house in Kona. It is in a beautiful gated community, just minutes from world class snorkeling and downtown. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the pool and plenty of outdoor seating for Al fresco meals. The house is well appointed with plenty of beach towels, snorkel gear, and other beach gear (umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys). The kitchen had most utensils and baking dishes you could need for a week and plenty of storage containers. Our one complaint was that the secondary bathroom shower was quite slick and could probably use an in shower mat or safety bars, or both. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

Hot tub doesn’t work

The house was relatively clean when we checked in. The pool was warm from the sun but the spa did not work at all. We spent a few days trying to get it to work throughout our stay and it just wouldn’t get hot. I texted the property manager multiple times through our stay about it and never heard back. The cleaning process was time consuming and unfair compared to the cost of the cleaning fee that we were charged upon booking.

Wonderful stay

This was an amazing property to stay at! Check in was a breeze, easy communication with the managers. The house was very comfortable. We had four people stay here and there was plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The location is an easy drive to downtown. It literally felt like our house, I would definitely stay here again.

The property was great. We have teenagers and having a pool and hot tub in the backyard was just perfect for those down times at the house. We used the pool/spa every single night. We loved the sunset views when we were not down at the beach. We loved the house, just the right amount of space for everyone to have their own room.

Won't rent with Elite pacific rentals ever again.

The location and property were close to description, but the property manager was completely terrible. They harassed us about when we would get in and demand to know our exact flight info, why? We should get the property from the listed check in and check out times. When you get to the property, there are signs all over the house saying not to use AC under 76 degrees (in Hawaii?), not to remove the pool skimmer (which screeches non stop and woke us up every night), and for us to clean all linens, towels, and the house before departure (even though they charge you a cleaning fee in the contract? ) The welcome book at the house is completely different than anything the manager says, including check out time! You are in the middle of a neighborhood with no views unless you climb walls. Not really close to anything (at least a 25 minute walk to nearest shops or restaurants). As a seasoned traveler, you can get better deals for your money than having to deal with this property.

Beautiful isolation

This house was perfect for my family’s recent stay in Kona. The house was very spacious and comfortable and the private pool was heaven!!! We have been to Kona many times and it seems the owners of this home really know what a guest needs to be comfortable— there were coolers, beach chairs and an umbrella we could take to the beach and plenty of towels and a nicely stocked kitchen! I would highly recommend this home and will certainly come back in the future!

Wonderful house with everything you need

We had fabulous stay at this house, and honestly - you don't to pack anything more than swimsuits, clothes, and sunscreen. They have everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation -- down to bikes, goggles, life vests, and beach shoes for all ages. My one gripe would be the fact that the two bedrooms listed as queens actually have full-size beds, and one of those rooms had very noisy ventilation. That said, the management should note the fact that they do offer two air mattresses, which we did use for our small son when he wanted to sleep in the master bedroom with us! That was a real perk. Highly recommend this rental!
