I’ve stayed in many rentals with others but this is my first time renting. It was a great experience. I’ll definitely want to rent from Greg again. Pros: 1\. Greg responded to my messages, checked on us when he was informed that our power went out at night, brought us flashlights, we got a little tour, and answered all questions. 2\. There were 3 pools with hot tubs. 3\. We had AC. 4\. The place was clean and there was plenty of toilet paper (much appreciated), and basic need products like shampoo, body wash, etc. (again, appreciated) Cons: 1\. Although it’s an Oceanfront Resort, the rental had no ocean view. You need to walk to see the ocean. This was not a big concern because we had a wonderful time at our stay. This was our first time staying in 104, it's beautifully situated, very quiet and we enjoyed morning coffee and meals on the lanai. The condo has been updated, it's fully stocked, and we absolutely enjoyed our 2 week stay. Greg, the property manager was fabulous. He was very responsive to my questions prior to our arrival, welcomed us by text when we arrived on island and let us know he was available if we needed anything. Mahalo!
