Very updated and newly redone condo is equipped with patio chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and other handy beach items. This will save you from renting your own. Beautiful lanai with ocean view to watch the sunset!! AC unit in living room and bedroom, also fans in every room of the house including bathroom. Couch is a very comfortable pull-out sofa bed that sleeps 2 adults. Unit also has a washer dryer for all your laundry needs. Also free assigned parking on site.
