Unit parking was convenient, easy to find. Unit was clean when we arrived. Nice one bedroom arrangement with lanai for enjoying views of water and sunset. Beach equipment included except snorkel mask and snorkel (there were some fins), but these were easily purchased for personal use. AC was out in condo, however mgmt offered portable AC ahead of our arrival. We found the unit very comfortable at night with windows open for breeze and didn't miss the AC! Sep 18, 2019 #### Amazing place to vacation in Kona We have stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed every time. It is great having a quiet place overlooking the water with a kitchen and within walking distance of Kona. The place is comfortable, the view from the lanai is wonderful (especially at sunset) and you have a reserved space for parking. It is also nice to have an on-site manager in case something goes wrong (which it did not, but still good to know). We will definitely stay here again. ##### William G.
