Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex. Hair Dryer: There is a hairdryer in the bathroom Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment. No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free. Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed. Please note that there are stairs leading down to unit 102\. There is not an elevator. All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores. Large TV's in bedroom and living room. Excellent A/C throughout. Nice kitchen with large island. Plenty of quality beach accessories in outside closet. Great location not far from downtown Kona. Had everything in the rental we could need . Very nice recent update. Daily spent most of our awake time while here sitting outside enjoying the ocean. Have already sent the link for the place to my entire group. If available when we are back in Hawaii, We will try and stay here again. 1.5 mile walk to the restaurant district makes access there easy also. And just a couple of miles from grocery.
