It is a few years past update time and I doubt there has ever been a deep cleaning, but again, in this price range, you probably won’t find a better condo. The host is very much in communication with you throughout your stay offering suggestions of things to do as well as answering any questions you might have. The condo has everything you need for your stay. The best part is the view. You are directly in front of the ocean with nothing but great views. As for the things that could be better.... the walls to the outside common area are very thin and you hear everyone walking by when in bed. The bed was not comfortable at all. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and there should be a fan on the back deck to help keep the air circulating due to the afternoon sun.
